All you need to know about receiving your refund!
Look for your Refund Selection Kit in the mail. It comes in a bright green envelope and looks like this:
Once it arrives, simply follow these steps to make your refund selection:
- Visit www.refundselection.com.
- Enter your Personal Code that is included in the refund selection kit.
- Select how you would like to receive your refund.
Your options for receiving your refunds are:
Electronic deposit to another account (your own checking or savings account).
Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives the funds from school. Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for your bank to credit the money to your account.
Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account
If you open a BankMobile Vibe account, money is deposited the same business day that funds are received from your school. Please note: If you open a BankMobile Vibe account, you are opening a basic checking account and identity verification is required. (Acceptable forms of identification are social security cards AND driver’s license BOTH may be required.)
A check is mailed the same business day BankMobile receives funds from your school. Typically, it takes 5-7 business days for the check to arrive in the mail.
To ensure timely delivery of your refund money, please select your refund preference as soon as you receive your refund selection kit. Once you have set up your account with BankMobiile, you can change your refund preference at any time by logging into your account and selecting ‘Refund Preferences’ under the ‘Refunds’ menu.
