The Associate in Arts Teacher Preparation degree is designed for students to take courses at the community college and transfer to a four-year college/university for completion of their Bachelor’s degree. The AATP degree is geared toward students pursuing a career in K-6 Education or specializing in Inclusivity in Education. The program of study includes twenty-eight (28) to twenty-nine (29) semester hours of Universal General Education Transfer Component Courses (UGETC) as follows:
