Deep Tissue-Delve Deeper (21 Hours)

Review body mechanics for optimal pressure with minimal strain. Focus on common aliments of the low back with methods to release the psoas, QL’s and SI joints, and the cervical area muscles: scalenes, SCM, the TMJ, and the levator scapulae. Assisted stretches, traction, trigger point and resistance techniques will be discussed.

 

Reflexology for Spa Treatments (21 Hours)

This class counts for 21 CEU’s for massage therapists. Anyone can take the class; no experience is necessary. This is also recommended as a good class for nail techs and estheticians. In this class, you will become proficient in the basic reflexology techniques, enhanced with a foot scrub, moisturizing lotions, and incorporating hot towels and hot stones to completely relax and rejuvenate your clients. Reflexology is an ancient healing art that relieves tension, improves circulation, and helps achieve homeostasis.

 

Reiki I & II (16 Hours)

In the Reiki I certification, you will receive an attunement that enables you to channel the Reiki energy and you will learn how to use Reiki to bring about transformation and healing for you and your loved ones. You will learn how to give a full-body Reiki treatment to yourself and others, learn the history of Reiki, and how to ground, clear, and protect your energy. You will also practice a self-Reiki session. A Reiki II certification allows you to perform distant or absentee Reike. You will learn to send Reiki to yourself and others through space and time, anywhere and whenever you choose. This level is considered the practitioner level of Reiki, allowing you to start performing your Reiki services professionally.
