Nutritional Dietary Manager Part II Work-Based Learning (150 Hours)


Gain on-the-job experience through this hands-on learning experience with an internship within a long-term care community, assisted living community, hospital, school, or correctional facility. The field experience will be supervised by a Registered Dietitian. Hours will vary.

Students with 2 years+ demonstrated work experience in non-commercial foodservice management may be exempt from Part 2.
