But have you heard of Jun Kombucha? Join us where we will discuss Jun Kombucha and learn the difference from the traditional Kombucha. Learn some of the health benefits due to the fermentation and pro-biotic qualities. This will be general and not scientific information. You will be provided a jar containing a “Mother” culture or SCOBY (Symbiotic Colony of Bacteria and Yeast) and “starter” liquid. We will provide a worksheet with all the information needed to make your own Jun Kombucha. In this class you will also learn how to make your own SCOBY if something happens to yours. We will walk you through all the process and materials needed. Limit of 10 students.
