Learn the basics of alignment and movement paired with breath in this Vinyasa flow class. Practice sun salutations along with a variety of poses that will build strength, help your balance, and increase your flexibility. Class is geared toward beginners but will include variations to challenge all levels and abilities. Breathwork, as well as meditation, will also be a focus. The intention of this class is to get you moving, so you can feel the benefits of yoga on your body as well as to relieve stress and anxiety.
