Join us from your own living room using Zoom as we explore this enlightening beginner’s class on Tai Chi, gentle, Chair Yoga, and meditation. Lessons include a 24-movement form of Tai Chi, other relaxing mind/body practices, and group discussions. Todd Bush, a certified meditation/yoga instructor, and longtime Tai Chi practitioner will be leading the class. No previous experience is required; however, the class includes moderate exercise, so wear comfortable clothes with suitable footwear. Bring a yoga mat (*optional – yoga props, if you use them) and an open heart. Our staff will be happy to provide you with instructions
to download and utilize the Zoom platform.
