Explore this enlightening seven-week beginner’s class on Tai Chi, Gentle and Chair Yoga, and Meditation. Lessons include a 24-movement form of Tai Chi, other relaxing, beneficial mind/body practices, along with group discussions sharing insights. Todd Bush, a certified meditation/ yoga instructor, and longtime Tai Chi practitioner will be leading the class. No previous experience is required; however, the class includes moderate exercise, so wear comfortable clothes with suitable footwear. Bring a yoga mat (*optional – yoga props, if you use them) and an open heart.
