Growing food is quickly becoming a hot topic with food shortages. In this class you will learn the principles of lasagna gardening and installation. Topics will include what to plant including vegetables, perennials, pollinators, small trees, and shrubs for not only attractive but useful edible landscaping. We will be working on a hands-on project. No Class 10/6 and 10/11.
