Dance Fitness (16 Hours) NEW!

Come dance your way to better health. Focus on moving the body and getting fit! A blend between dance and fitness will be explored but focusing on specific areas of the body like hips, legs, joints, back, shoulders, and booty. Please wear fitness attire and bring a water bottle. Can attend class in person or via zoom.
