Beans and Lentils: The New Flour (3 Hours) NEW!

Make flour…make dosas!

Join us for this 3-hour class where we will discuss ways to take your dried beans, lentils (split peas, chickpeas) and make into flour. The flours will be packed full of protein as well as being gluten-free. After making your flour we will discuss different ways to use the flour. I will show you how to make a batter from the flour and make a non-fermented dosa which is very quick to make. You will receive a worksheet explaining the process and gives recipe ideas as well as materials needed. This will make savory or sweet; dosa crepe, flatbread, etc.
