Basic Gunsmithing: Understanding Basic Firearms Systems (24 Hours)


This course will cover the mechanics of firearms systems and how to use that knowledge to diagnose and repair them. Instruction will include the design and function theory of firearms as it pertains to repair or modification. Troubleshooting and critical thinking will be key components of the class. The instructor will assist students in understanding how various firearms systems function and how they are likely to malfunction.
