Yoga has been shown to have numerous mental and physical health benefits that can help emotionally balance children, encourage more acute mental focus, and also serve as a beneficial physical exercise. Each class centers on a lesson or theme and includes breath work, stories, music, games, fun yoga poses, and relaxation.
