Mayland Community College’s Career Pathways program is designed to help students who are working to earn a high school credential to also gain an entry-level certificate in an in-demand career field – completely tuition free!
Students who enroll in one of MCC’s Career Pathways are not only completing their high school education, but also earning the Career Readiness Certificate (CRC), receiving training in resume writing and job interview skills, and completing an industry-recognized certificate in such programs as Nurse Aide, Welding, or HVAC, all without having to pay tuition.
Career Pathways classes offer customized support to help ensure student success in the career training coursework and to assist with entry into the workforce or further training.
For more information about available pathways and how to enroll, call 828-766-1208 or email Fran Herrell, Career Pathways Specialist, at fherrell@mayland.edu.
