Work-Based Learning Nutritional Dietary Manager Part 2 (150 Hours)

Gain on the job experience through this hands-on learning experience with an internship within a long-term care community, assisted living community, hospital, school or correctional facility. The field experience will be supervised by a Registered Dietitian. The 150-hour field experience will be coordinated by a Registered Dietitian; 50 of those hours will be precepted by qualified individuals.  Hours will vary.

Note: Those eligible for Pathway IIIb, with two years of work experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity in non-commercial foodservice that includes third-party oversight may be exempt from this part.
