Spoon carving is one of the oldest crafts know, come and learn how to carve heirloom spoons with simple tools out of local hardwoods.  Students will learn to harvest greenwood for their spoons, shape them with a hatchet and finish the spoons with knives.  Students will leave with their own basic knives to continue the proccess.
