Build your skills and take your knowledge of 4-stroke small engines to the next level! This 120 hour course provides instruction in the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of 4-stroke engines commonly used in outdoor power equipment.
Students will learn about engine components and systems, proper tool use, maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and repair practices while developing skills applicable to equipment maintenance and small engine service.
Students will also be prepared to take the Four-Stroke Engine Certification Exam (available to students at an additional cost through EETC). This is an excellent opportunity to build technical knowledge and earn a respected industry credential.
Scholarships are available for eligible students. Whether you are preparing for employment, building your mechanical skills, maintaining your own equipment, or expanding your knowledge of small engines, this course provides a strong foundation for working confidently with 4-stroke engines.
