ServSafe is a food safety training and certification program with the objective to prevent foodborne illnesses, by learning set guidelines based on FDA food code to improve food safety and hygiene practices in the food service environment. ServSafe is administered by the National Restaurant Assocation and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANAB) Conference for Food Protection (CFP) and meets the sanitation certification requirement of the FDA Food Code for the (PIC)-Person In Charge or the manager of the food establishment responsible for the operation. Upon completion of the course and successfully passing the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification exam, you will receive ServSafe Certifiaction.
