Admission Requirements
- Provide proof of high school completion (high school transcripts, copy of high school diploma, or copy of completion of GED requirements)
- Demonstrate reading and math proficiency either by college transcripts, a computerized placement test, or the CASAS reading test with scores of at least 10th grade
- Provide two forms of identification (Government issued ID card and social security card) at registration
- Physical and emotional ability to carry out pharmacy activities: lifting, stretching, and standing for long periods.
