Meditation (4 Hours)

Meditation is perfect to help relax your mind and body during these stressful times. The purpose of this class is to practice meditation and, through instruction, be able to create a script unique to your personal needs. Studies reveal that hearing your own voice resonates at a deeper level within your mind and body, therefore enhancing the effects of meditation.
