High Country Tai Chi (10.5 Hours)

Explore a taste of this gentle, flowing, ancient martial art with Instructor Todd Bush, certified yoga, meditation, teacher, and 30-year practitioner of Tai Chi. Learn a Simplified Form of t'ai chi ch'uan. Mix of classroom, and weather permitting, outdoor practice. Wear comfortable clothing to class.
