Gentle Yoga (4 hours)

Gentle yoga is a gentle wellness practice that is performed at a slower pace, placing the body into lying, seated, and standing postures suitable for most body types and ability levels, and includes time for meditation, breath training practices, and relaxation. Regular yoga practice has been shown to improve self-awareness, flexibility, overall strength, improve sleep, and enhance general wellbeing. This class is suitable for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of slow, mindful and meditative movement practice. It may be especially enriching for beginners who want a slower class in which to learn, or anyone with reduced levels of fitness, strength, mobility or flexibility. It is also great for high energy folks who want to learn and practice ways to balance busyness for greater wellbeing. Class will begin on time. Please show up a few minutes early to set up your mat and props, which will be provided. Wear clothing suitable for a workout, flexible fabrics, elastic waistbands, etc. Bare feet or grippy socks are suggested. Lots of options to fit your schedule. Choose a series.
