This course is designed to allow students to explore the healthcare culture and employment opportunities within a specific field. It will provide students with basic information for obtaining a career as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Phlebotomist, of Medical Assistant. Learn about the general duties, workplace environment, employment outlook in each field. Students will also learn how to strengthen professional skills needed in the healthcare environment, such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving.
