The Academic Support Center is Mayland Community College’s primary academic tutoring service. Our on-campus location, G-205, is staffed with professional tutors who are prepared to help Mayland students with academic challenges such as preparing for challenging tests in Precalculus or Chemistry, writing an MLA-style research paper in English, or developing effective study skills and habits for a busy semester.
Our friendly, low-pressure tutoring space is designed to support students in Mayland’s rigorous academic programs. Students may walk in during our hours of operation and receive immediate assistance from our professional tutors.
