Tutoring is available at no cost to students in a number of delivery methods.
The Academic Support Center is located in Gwaltney Hall, room G205 on the main campus and in-person assistance is available for various subjects. Within Moodle, on the “dashboard,” students will find links to the Academic Support Center Schedule.
Peer and Professional Tutoring
Individualized peer and professional tutoring services may also be made available for most subjects. Free virtual tutoring services are available to enrolled curriculum students. Most subjects are available 24 hours a day/7 days a week. See the NetTutor link in Moodle for more information about free virtual tutoring, including available subjects and times.
The S.O.A.R. program provides academic support to students whose goal is to complete a degree, diploma, or transfer to a four-year college or university. S.O.A.R. Tutors and Peer Mentors assist students with coursework, college information, and study skills.
