Registrar's Office: Transcripts
QUICK LINKS:
Transcripts are the method by which your grades are transferred to and from MCC and other colleges or universities. Transcripts are also the way you or another agency, like your employer, can get a record of your grades.
Accessing Grades & Transcripts Online
Students may access grades for classes and unofficial transcripts through LEO, Mayland Community College's student information system. If you need assistance with LEO, stop by the Student Development window on the first floor of Gwaltney Hall.LEO can be accessed here.
Obtaining Transcripts from MCC
The Registrar’s Office must receive a written request from the student. The request must have the student’s name (if different, while in attendance, this must be listed also), social security number, where the transcript should be released to. You may mail the request or fax the request to the Registrar’s Office.
For your convenience we have developed a downloadable Transcript Request Form. It is in the Adobe Acrobat PDF format (requires the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded here).
You can print out the form and fill it in by hand, or you can fill out the form inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Simply click in the areas adjacent to what you must enter and you can type in your response or make a selection from a list. You must completely fill the form out and print it, as you cannot save the information you enter inside the form. Then, just sign it and send it in.
You can access the Transcript Request form here.
