Steps to graduation
Applying for graduation
Two steps are involved in the application process for graduation:
- Submit a graduation application. Pick up a graduation form from the Registrar's Office in Room 167 on the first floor of Gwaltney Hall [map]. When you complete and return the form, you will receive information about cap and gown, diplomas, information about the ceremony, and more.
- Diploma Eligibility Check. The Registrar's Office staff will check candidates for graduation to make sure that they have met the requirements for their program of study. If you do not meet program requirements, you will not receive a diploma until they are met.
