Admission Procedures

When you apply to attend Mayland Community College, one of your first stops is at the Registrar's Office.

There are some forms you must fill out and return to the Registrar when you apply to be a student at MCC.

Application Form

There are two methods of applying for admission to Mayland Community College.

First, you can download our Application Form which is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The Form requires the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded here.

You can print out the form and fill it in by hand, or you can fill out the form inside the Adobe Acrobat Reader. Simply click in the areas adjacent to what you must enter and you can type in your response or make a selection from a list. You must completely fill the Admission Form out and print it, as you cannot save the information you enter inside the form. Then, just sign it and send it in.

The second means of applying for admission to MCC is through the College Foundation of North Carolina's Website at cfnc.org. You have to register with CFNC to apply (registration is free). Just follow the instructions on the CFNC Website and your electronic submission will be routed to MCC.

Transcript Request

In addition to completing and filing an admission application with the Registrar's Office, you must request transcripts of your grades from any high schools or colleges/universities you have attended.

You can download our Transcript Request Form which is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. The Form requires the FREE Adobe Acrobat Reader, which can be downloaded here.
