The Student government Association (SGA) is the official voice of the student body. The SGA president represents students as an ex-offico member of the Mayland Board of Trustees. The officers and members work with their advisors providing social, educational/cultural, recreational and service activities for the school and the community. The annual "Fall Fling" and "Spring Fling" the blood drives and numerous fundraisers for scholarships sponsored by the SGA are only a few of their activities. SGA is a lot of responsibility, but it is loads of fun that pays off in the long run, and offers lots of rewards.
