Topics include safety, hand/power tool use, site preparation, measurement and layout, footings and foundations, construction framing, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to safely lay out and perform basic framing skills with supervision.

Topics include safety, hand/power tool use, measurement and layout, construction framing, exterior trim and finish, and other related topics. Upon completion, students should be able to safely frame and apply exterior finishes to a residential building with supervision.
