"I Want It Now" Cheese! (3 hours) 

Simple cheese making...just using what you've got!  Cheese will be made using goats' milk from the instructor’s own small herd of dairy goats. This kind is called Vinegar Cheese or Queso Blanco and is "fryable".  This class will also include a tour of the farm kitchen and a licensed Farmstead Cheese Micro-dairy.
