Mayland Community College Bookstore - Return Policy
- Textbook refunds may be issued within 5 business days from date of purchase. You must have the original receipt for a refund. Textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased. Textbooks are not returnable if the books have been written in/highlighted, shrink wrap has been removed or if CD and/or pass code have been opened.
- Supplies, general merchandise and special orders are not returnable.
- Computers are not returnable to the store. Please contact the manufacturer for questions and support.
- Refunds are giving in the same manner as received. Financial Aid purchases will be returned to FA. Credit/Debit cards purchases will be returned to the card in which payment was rendered. Check purchases will not be refunded until the check has cleared the financial institution.
