- For an official transcript, you may call the GED Hotline at (919) 807-7139 or print out a request form here
In-house (Unofficial) Transcript
The Mayland Basic Skills Department has a copy of GED scores of tests taken here. While this copy is not an official transcript it can be used for in-house transcripts (transcripts needed for Mayland). For in-house transcript requests please print out a request form here and bring, mail, or fax a request to:
